Why do Cool white LED Downlights in our range have a higher light output? Cool white LED Downlights are brighter due to the 6000K LED’s used therefore their light output is slightly higher than the warm white 3000K LED Downlights. 2. How to fix 40W LED Downlights? LED downlights are very simple to install, Our LED downlights all come with spring clips, you hold these clips back push the driver and the downlight up into the ceiling and allow the spring clips to come back down behind the plasterboard or what ever type of ceiling material you have. These clips will then hold the LED downlight in place nice and tightly against the ceiling.
